Terms & Conditions
- For projects which cost £400 or more, you will get two signed copies of a letter of agreement. Please sign both and return one copy to me.
- Work will commence and be completed upon receipt and acceptance of the agreement.
- No VAT (value added tax) is chargeable.
- Fee does not include any travel costs incurred for any meetings with you, either at your place of work or other agreed location.
- The quote includes one rewrite.
- A 72-hour turnaround is requested of clients, from when my draft is sent to them to check for any amendments, etc, to when it is returned to me to make those amendments.
- To start any work, I require an advance payment of 50% of the agreed project fee. All payments to be made by direct bank transfer.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of completion of the project. I retain copyright of the project until payment is complete.
